Our volunteers help us offer additional enrichment opportunities for our participants by leading specialized activities, supporting staff lead activities, assisting in fundraising events, and so much more! Cortney’s Place provides an incredibly important space for adults with disabilities to be themselves, build friendships, and interact with peers in a meaningful way. Once people with disabilities age out of high school there are not many services/activities geared towards them, so it’s exciting to see an organization that provides intentional programming for this underserved population. Any moment spent at Cortney’s Place is guaranteed to be joyous and fun!
