LETS POD UP!

In mid-August, we made an exciting change to our daily program structure by introducing what we call our Pod System! Each pod consists of 2 DSPs and 8 members, creating a smaller, more connected group throughout the day. Each week, pods rotate between members and staff, and we also have different pods within the various areas of our program space. This new system has been going so well! We’re already seeing how it provides both our members and staff with more opportunities for meaningful interactions, stronger connections, and engaging activities throughout the day.We are so excited about the positive impact the Pod System is having and look forward to continuing to make each day at Cortneys Place as meaningful, enjoyable, and fulfilling as possible!
